Cinch Connectors operates numerous manufacturing facilities throughout the world. In North America there are 3 locations along with 2 others in Europe In these facilities, comprising approximately 500,000 square feet, state-of-the-art equipment is used to perform the core operations required to ensure the quality, and competitiveness, of the products we produce.
Among those core operations are the molding of numerous thermoset, thermoplastic, and elastomer compounds using fully automated, computer controlled, molding presses. We also do the stamping and forming of various copper based, and other, metal alloys utilizing high
speed stamping presses designed to operate at speeds in excess of 1,000 strokes per minute. Finally, the assembly of our products is often done on automated equipment, which not only assists in their competitiveness but also ensures their consistency, and reliability. In addition, we employ the latest in Lean Manufacturing, and Cycle Time Reduction programs, to further address competitiveness and to ensure on-time delivery performance. A number of our facilities are certified to ISO 9001 and/or QS 9000, and we are qualified to a number of Industry and Customer Specifications as well.
