• Insulator: PBT 30% Glass Filled Material
• Pins: Brass with tin-lead over nickel plating (post plate)

• Contact resistance: < 10 mOhms @ 100 mA before and after environmental
• Insulation resistance: > 5000 MOhms @ 500VDC
• Dielectric Withstanding Voltage: 1000 VAC – No breakdown

Environmental

• Temperature: -40°C to +125°C
• Sealing: IP 65, IP66, IP67, IP69
• Vibration/Shock: 10-2000-10 Hz, 15 g’s for 24 hrs - 8 hrs each perpendicular axis
• Current Cycling: 500hrs at rated current (45 min ON – 15 Min OFF)
• Temperature Life Test: 1000 hrs @ 125°C - 1000 hrs @ 85°C with current applied
• Temperature / Humidity Cycling: 1000 hrs between -40ºC and +125ºC with relative humidity of 0 to 85%
• Salt Spray: 96 hrs @ 5% NaCl
• High Pressure Wash: 200ºF steam / detergent spray at 200psig for 30 sec. - 100ºF water / detergent spray at 750 psig for 30 sec.
• Above performances with Cinch SHS Headers mated to Cinch SHS Harness Connectors
