Purpose-built circular connector for Oil and Gas subsea and downhole harsh environment applications. Features a dual O-ring dry-mate sealing interface rated to 72 PSI unmated and 435 PSI mated. Scoop-proof design enables blind mating in restricted access installations. Crimp contacts, nickel-plated brass shells, Nylatron (PA66 + MoS2) insert. Shell sizes 10 and 14, AWG 12–20 wire range. Resistant to oil, gas, sand, mud, hydrocarbons and salt environments. Operating range −20°C to +85°C, 500 mating cycles.
Rugged circular connector integrating a standard RJ45 (8P8C) interface within a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III shell for Ethernet connectivity in harsh military and aerospace environments. Supports 10/100/1G Base-T with EMI-shielded pre-terminated cable cordset. Smallest available shell size 17 for 1G Base-T on the market. Four keyway polarization options. Shell sizes 17 and 19, IP68 rated. Available in aluminum (nickel or olive drab), stainless steel and marine bronze finishes. 500 mating cycles.
