D-Shape Connectors
Dura-Con™ hermetically sealed micro-D connectors pass signals between two separately contained environments. A proprietary hermetic compound seals the connector to a leak rate below 1 x 10⁻⁸ cc/sec helium at 1 atm differential, with an O-ring maintaining the panel seal. The nickel-plated aluminum shell adds durability and EMI shielding in a compact 0.050" (1.27 mm) pitch package.
