Derek Imschweiler

Derek Imschweiler is the General Manager for the Stewart Connector products at Cinch Connectivity Solutions, bringing nearly three decades of experience in the connector industry. He began his career at Stewart Connector in 1996 as a design engineer, where he played a key role in developing solutions for a wide range of network connectivity applications. Over the years, Derek transitioned into product management, leading the Ethernet connector portfolio for 14 years and helping to shape Stewart's presence in the networking space. The experience he gained from working with customers and his technical product knowledge eventually led him into business and general management roles, where he continues to help guide the company's product evolution.

Derek holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Penn State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family—fishing, camping, and taking in the natural world.
